Join Ceramicist and COLLIDER Artist-in-Residence Hannah Johnston for Memory Marks: Impressions in Clay. In this workshop, participants will explore how meaningful objects can leave lasting impressions in clay. Students are encouraged to bring small items such as buttons, trinkets, jewelry, or fabric to create decorative textures and patterns. This process transforms personal objects into visual storytelling, creating pieces that reflect memory, identity, and personal history. No prior experience needed, but space is limited and sign ups are required. To be fair to others, please only sign up for one of the clay workshops. All students will need to leave contact information to pick up projects 3-4 weeks later after clay firing process.
