Memory Café

The Memory Cafe is a monthly partnership with the Episcopal Church Home to provide a safe and comfortable environment where people with memory loss and their care partners can enjoy time together and remain socially connected with others while building new support networks.  Join us for snacks, socializing, music, and fun activities.
