Start a windowsill herb garden.  In this workshop you will decorate a recycled container to start your seedlings in. Jennifer will discuss the basics of starting seeds and how to care for your indoor herb plants. All material provided.

Create a custom tote bag using infusible ink and the Library's Cricut machine.  Teens will choose from a selection of designs and heat-press their own vibrant, permanent artwork onto a tote to take home.  All supplies provided.

Calling all fiber artists! Whether you’re new or experienced, join us for knitting, crochet, weaving, needlework and more. Experienced fiber friends on staff will guide you through structured activities, or you can BYO WIP!

The Long Walk

Join us weekly at Parkland to hang out at the Teen Scene, where hanging out is what we do best! Each week, we will participate in a new activity that is art, STEM, or recreation-based. Ages 13-18
