Join a Good Karma Yoga instructor for gentle activities and breathing exercises designed with toddlers and preschool-aged children in mind.

Support developing skills and make new friends through stories, songs, activities, and playtime! For children aged 0-8 and their caregivers & siblings.

Filled with lots of laughter and learning, children practice fun and challenging yoga poses, partner and group poses, yoga games, breathing, and basic anatomy.

Students will learn culinary basics focusing on cooking terms, food cutting skills, and kitchen safety. Participants will also follow a recipe to prepare their own meal. Ages 12-18.

Teens will gain hands-on experience in the kitchen while building confidence, self-reliance, and essential food literacy skills that last a lifetime with our local 4-H Cooperative Extension Office using our Charlie Cart mobile kitchen. 

LFPL’s AnimeCon is right around the corner on July 24th, so let’s get crafting! Teens are invited to bring their own costume or cosplay projects and work on them in a collaborative, welcoming space.
