Join COLLIDER Artist-in-Residence, Janan Sarwar for this program on podcast editing. Bringing a children's book to life via audio seems easy, but there are ways to make it dynamic by casting characters, adding sound effects, and even interviewing the author. Attend this session to learn the behind-the-scenes of how a local Louisville family began a podcast for children around the world. Participants will take part in reading a short story aloud with members of the audience, including creating fun sound effects! You will learn tips and tricks on how to edit audio, blend sounds, and insert music and sound effects. Ages 9+. Registration is required, send to Liz.Magee@lfpl.org.
