This four-week educational workshop series is designed to strengthen community mental health through accessible, stigma-reducing programming.

Learn all about sewing machines - what they do, how to operate them, and how to take care of them. We will focus on the Janome Schoolmate machines available in the Maker Space, but the basics of other types of machines will also be covered.

Wellness Reads – Article Club is a welcoming, four-week discussion series designed for people with little to no background in mental health.

Gentle yoga, no prior experience needed.  Ages 18+     

English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) offers guided English practice, led by a library staff member.  The instructor leads students through grammar exercises and a cultural theme every week.
