Learn simple yoga postures for relaxation and increase your balance, flexibility, and strength in this 60 minute, 6-week class. This class is free and no prior yoga experience is necessary.

Join a Good Karma Yoga instructor for gentle activities and breathing exercises designed with toddlers and preschool-aged children in mind.

Filled with lots of laughter and learning, children practice fun and challenging yoga poses, partner and group poses, yoga games, breathing, and basic anatomy.

Presented by Norton Children’s Prevention & Wellness, this Bike Safety Rodeo is a fun, hands-on program designed to teach essential bicycle safety skills.

Gentle yoga, no prior experience needed.  Ages 18+     

Get fit while you sit! Chair Yoga brings the best of a yoga practice to everyone who requires or prefers the support of a chair. Gently increase flexibility and strength, improve balance, and relieve stress with the aid of a chair.

Local healthcare providers will be onsite to offer testing, screening, vaccinations, and other services as well as the chance to learn about local health services and resources.

Children will help to prepare and then eat a healthy snack while learning about nutrition and basic kitchen skills. After there will be 30 minutes of movement activity. Past activities have included yoga, dance parties, and freeze tag.

Join us for a storytime adventure! Our friendly Louisville MSD staff will introduce you to Mandy the Salamander, a tiny salamander with nuggets of wisdom on how to keep her home – and our streams – safe and clean.
