Week Calendar

This group will meet monthly on the fourth Tuesday of every month to discuss a new title. Selections will focus on books by LGBTQ+ authors or centered on LGBTQ+ characters and history.  Books are available to check out at the branch.

Gentle yoga, no prior experience needed.  Ages 18+     

English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) offers guided English practice, led by a library staff member.  The instructor leads students through grammar exercises and a cultural theme every week.

Adults and teens are welcome to use the Maker Lab during open hours. All patrons must have completed the online Maker 101 training and have a LFPL library card in good standing before using equipment.

Love music? So do we! Join us on the last Tuesday of the month for our music listening nights where each month, we’ll spotlight a new theme—from ‘80s Pop to Heartbreak Hits to Movie Soundtracks and beyond. No musical expertise needed!

Adults and teens are welcome to use the Maker Lab during open hours.

English Conversation Club allows English language learners to practice English with volunteers of native or near-native fluency.

This four-week educational workshop series is designed to strengthen community mental health through accessible, stigma-reducing programming.

Wellness Reads – Article Club is a welcoming, four-week discussion series designed for people with little to no background in mental health.

An eight week group discussion on many of today’s most urgent foreign policy issues that is intended to engage citizens in learning about the world.
