Spark a sense of wonder and curiosity through play-based activities that encourage exploration and critical thinking. Ages 2-8.

Participants will learn about pollination and why we need bees through a reading of The Thing About Bees by Shabazz Larkin.  Participants get to plant seeds of native flowers in their own biodegradable pot! Limit 30.

You’ll be surprised how interesting these marsupials are!

Join Rhythm Science Sound for an introductory session on beginning DJ-ing. This workshop will guide you through the basic techniques of live music mixing, using DJ hardware and software as well as music curation and sonic storytelling. Limit 20.

Drop in every Tuesday between 3:00 and 5:00 PM for some afternoon fun. Please note that the last half hour of the program will include time to wrap up our activity and clean up. Perfect for grades K-6 and families.

Use your STEM super powers at the library! Explore activities each month in science, technology, engineering, and math. Together, we’ll solve mysteries! Ages 12-18.

Let’s have fun with physics! Attendees will design custom contraptions to keep their egg safe, then test them to see if their egg can survive a long fall! Recommended for ages 10 - 18
