Join us for a storytime adventure! Our friendly Louisville MSD staff will introduce you to Mandy the Salamander, a tiny salamander with nuggets of wisdom on how to keep her home – and our streams – safe and clean.

Baby storytime focuses on developing your baby’s pre-literacy, motor, sensory, and social skills through librarian led, parent participation activities.

Join a Good Karma Yoga instructor for gentle activities and breathing exercises designed with toddlers and preschool-aged children in mind.

Participants will have an opportunity to see, touch, and safely explore a recycling truck. Ages 3-12

Support developing skills and make new friends through stories, songs, activities, and playtime! For children aged 0-8 and their caregivers.

Foster a love of reading in your pre-schooler through this engaging storytime! Join us for books, songs, movement, and art activities that encourage the development of early learning skills. Ages 3-5

Drop in every Tuesday between 3:00 and 5:00 PM for some afternoon fun. Please note that the last half hour of the program will include time to wrap up our activity and clean up. Perfect for grades K-6 and families.

After meeting the queen, a group of young honey bees set out on their adventurous new job: finding pollen and nectar!

Enjoy a weekly kids only craft time, socialize after school and make something fun to keep! Materials provided.

Drop in for an afternoon of activities at the Library, just for kids!  Snacks provided.  Ages 6-12.

Join us in the Teen Space for video games, board games, and simple craft projects. For middle and high school students.

What will we do today? Play? Create? Explore? Come on by and hang out!  Ages 12-18.

Come and create your own character, build a fantastic world, and explore it with your friends as we learn how to play collaborative games.

Join us at the Outpost for a weekly night of board games, video games, and snacks! 

Ages 10-19

Learn, share strategies, and play the classic game of chess with players of all skill levels. Challenge your local librarian for bragging rights as we get better together!

Storytime is an opportunity for families to bond over shared stories and songs, as well as engaging in creative activities that reinforce a lifelong love of learning. Ages 0-6 

Join us for our weekly family storytime at the Western Library!

Join us to try your hand at a new craft that can be completed in about an hour. Seasoned and non-crafters are welcome. Registration is required as space and supplies are limited. Adults register: 502-375-2051. Ages 18+
