It’s never too late to take charge of your brain health! This session is a good overview for anyone interested in learning more about brain health and will share information on the latest research, lifestyle suggestions, and resources.

Certified Yoga instructor Shana Schack will lead a 45 minute chair yoga session.  No registration required.  

Gentle yoga, no prior experience needed.  Ages 18+     

Adults and teens are welcome to use the Maker Lab during open hours.

Get fit while you sit! Chair Yoga brings the best of a yoga practice to everyone who requires or prefers the support of a chair. Gently increase flexibility and strength, improve balance, and relieve stress with the aid of a chair.

Join Ceramicist and COLLIDER Artist-in-Residence Hannah Johnston for Memory Marks: Impressions in Clay. In this workshop, participants will explore how meaningful objects can leave lasting impressions in clay.
